Front-Desk Concierge

Our boutique design studio is searching for a polished, friendly front-desk concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and professional and enjoy interacting with clients on a daily basis. This role is in-person at the studio and front-facing. You will be responsible for greeting clients when they come to our studio, checking them in for appointments, offering and filling water and coffee for clients, maintaining clean workspaces and showrooms throughout the studio, answering the phone, and triaging email communications. Good communication and a good attitude are extremely important!

This is a full time or part-time role with availability for about 25-40 hours of work a week, including Saturdays. Reception hours are Tuesdays through Saturdays 10am - 6pm, so availability during those hours is imperative.

Special Projects Assistant

We're searching for an assistant-level team member to work directly with our Lead Designers to provide administrative and organizational support to our busy design team. The right candidate will have strong communication skills (especially writing), they will be highly organized and detail-motivated (prior experience notetaking and organizing communications is desired), and they will enjoy working in a small, client-facing business with discerning clientele. Prior fine jewelry experience is not required as this is an administrative-focused position, so preference will be held for candidates who have experience working in professional support positions. A general interest or background in a creative field is helpful, since you will be more familiar with the cadence of a design-based firm. This is a part-time role and availability for about 25 hours of work a week, including Saturdays, is ideal, so this is the perfect complementary job to someone enrolled in school or some other committed programming.
